There are some areas for improvement though: - Why on earth can't I hire movies in the app anymore? - Subtitles are very rarely available, which is becoming quite an issue for me. - Audio is only stereo, no surround, which is becoming less of a problem for me 😞 - If you look at something on your wishlist and then go back, you don't get back to your wishlist and have to navigate there again."

"I used to be able to rent movies but not anymore !!! App allows me to see what's available but continues to tell me I can't watch films on rakuten app but can continue to choose film then watch on rakuten !!!! I'm confused 😕 Also app allowed me to change my password with normal email to then tell me the email is invalid even though just received message telling me I've changed new password"

"Recent update means you can no longer pay through the app, you have to go to the website and pay that way, then cast from your phone. No thanks. Guess I'm done with Rakuten!"
